CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1365 of 2009
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 against the judgment dated 31.03.2009 in Criminal Appeal No. 145 of 2008 passed by the learned 111 Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kadapa at Rajampet, whereby the learned Judge confirmed the judgment dated 03.07.2008 in S.C.No.l99 of 2007 passed by thelearned Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajampet.
- Heard Sri S. Chandra Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
- Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4 submitted that the petitioner had completed his conviction period by 02.03.2010 and on the same day he was released from the Central Prison, Kadapa, and hence, the present Criminal Revision Case becomes infructuous.

- Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State submitted across the Bench the letter addressed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer andstatedthat the jail authority verified their jail records and furnished a report that the petitioner had completed the conviction passed in S.C.No.199 of 2007 on 02.03.2010 under remission rules. He further submitted that the petitioner was released on 02.03.2010 from the Central Prison, Kadapa, and hence, no further orders are necessary.
- Recording the submissions made by both learned counsel, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed asinfructuous.
- Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
