ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioners/A-1 and A-2, seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.236 of 2015 on the file of the court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Hindupur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 and 509 read with Section 34 IPC.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State filed a memo stating that on 03.03.2017 the accused were convicted under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C. in the above case and the case was disposed of and no orders are necessary and became infructuous.
In view of the said submissions, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication.
Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
