ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioners/A-1, A-3 to A-5 seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.603 of 2015 on the file of the Court of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, registered for the offence punishable under Section 323 read with Section 34 IPC, against them.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was ended in acquittal in the Court below against the petitioners. He filed a memo to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
