ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioners/A-2 to A-5 seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.208 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Allagadda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506 IPC, against them.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that after during pendency of the case, the parties compromised the matter before Lok Adalat, Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Allagadda. He filed a memo to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
