In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the representation of the applicant referred in the order dated 3.8.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 25659 of 2023 has been decided and rejected by the District Magistrate, Jhansi vide his order dated 6.12.2024.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 6.12.2024 on merits before the appropriate Forum, if so advised.
