In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the opposite party, i.e., the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division P.W.D., Mirzapur has filed his affidavit stating that letters have been written to the Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Mirzapur and to the Chief Engineer, P.W.D., Lucknow for sanctioning Rs.22,00,000/- which is payable to the applicant.
It has been stated that as the amount has not yet been sanctioned by the aforesaid officers, i.e., the Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Mirzapur and the Chief Engineer, P.W.D., Lucknow, the orders of the Court could not be complied by the opposite party.
The Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Mirzapur Region, District Mirzapur and the Chief Engineer, P.W.D., Lucknow are directed to ensure that the amount payable to the applicant is credited in the account of the applicant within ten days from today.
The Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Mirzapur Region, District Mirzapur and the Chief Engineer, P.W.D., Lucknow shall file their affidavits showing full compliance of the order passed by this Court or shall be personally present in this Court for framing of charges.
List again on 7.1.2025 .
The Executive Engineer, Provincial Division P.W.D., Mirzapur is not required to be personally present in the Court on other future dates unless otherwise ordered by this Court.
A copy of this order shall be sent to the Superintending Engineer, P.W.D., Mirzapur Region, District Mirzapur and the Chief Engineer, P.W.D., Lucknow by the Registrar (Compliance) within 24 hours for necessary compliance.
