Heard the counsel for the applicant.
The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 30.9.2019 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 31067 of 2019.
It is pleaded by the applicant that the opposite parties have removed the boundary marks demarcating the different plots which are in issue in Writ - C No. 31067 of 2019.
Removal of boundary marks itself does not amount to dispossessing the applicant from the disputed plot and further, the applicant has the remedy to approach the concerned revenue officers for suitable action under Sections 22 / 23 / 227 of the Uttar Pradeh Revenue Code, 2006.
The application is dismissed .
