Heard Sri Kedar Nath Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for the State and perused the record.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with a prayer to release the salary of the petitioner for the month November and December, 2022.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the instructions received from the Office of District Inspector of Schools, Deoria dated 23.1.2023 has been placed before this Court. The same is taken on record.
It transpires from the perusal of paragraph nos.12 and 13 of the aforesaid instructions that the salary of the aforesaid months have already been paid to the petitioner.
After going through the same, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore he does not wish to press the same.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
