Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the writ petition during the course of the day.

The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2 namely Assistant Registrar Firms, Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to renew the registration of the society Adarsh Senior Basic Vidyalay, Hariharpur, Gorakhpur within the time granted by this Court. A further prayer has been made to direct the aforesaid respondents to register the list of the Committee of Management of Society under Section 4 of the Society Registration Act, 1860.

It is argued that the resolution was passed by the Committee of Management on 26.12.2021 regarding the renewal of the registration of the society and authorized the Manager of the Management to submit necessary applications and documents before the respondent no.2.

Pursuant to the aforesaid, necessary papers and documents were duly submitted by the petitioner no.2 before the respondent no.2 on 27.01.2022, though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter, hence the present petition.

On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously.

Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2/Assistant Registrar Firms, Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to pass appropriate order in the matter strictly in accordance with law, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
