Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent and learned Standing counsel for the State.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:-
"i. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra to provide the original degree of B.Ed. course in academic session 2012-13 bearing Enrolment No.12199870 and Roll No.132460141068 to the petitioner, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court."
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 28.9.2022 passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition being Writ-C No.29664 of 2022 (Kiran Bharti vs. Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University And 3 Others), the corrections were already made in the mark-sheet of the petitioner in B.Ed. course in Academic Session 2012-13. Copy of the same is annexed as Annexure No. (6) to the present petition. It is further argued that once the corrections has been made in the mark-sheet, the petitioner is entitled for the original degree of the B.Ed Examination-2013. It is next submitted that the provisional certificate has already been granted to the petitioner by the respondent-University.
It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent-University that the University will look into the matter and passed appropriate order/issue original degree to the petitioner within a period of ten days.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally in view of the undertaking given by the counsel for respondent-University.
