Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Jal Nigam.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed today in Court on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the Office.

In the supplementary affidavit, filed today, it is averred that Group Insurance dues have also been credited to the petitioner's account being a sum of Rs. 48,553/-. All other post retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the said fact.

So far as dues on account of Revision of emoluments under the Sixth Pay Commission is concerned, the same is said to be sub judice and presently the cause of action may not be there.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that as and when the cause of action arises, it will be open to the petitioner to seek his remedies in respect of revised emoluments under the Sixth Pay Commission.
