In compliance with the interim mandamus dated 22.08.2023, a short counter affidavit has been filed today in Court on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the Office.
In paragraph no. 5 of the said short counter affidavit, it is averred:
It is specifically stated that remaining other dues of the petitioner has already been paid to him long back."
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that all substantial claims of the petitioner have been paid and there are no further outstandings.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on this petition.
It is consigned to record.
