In answer to the interim mandamus issued by this Court, it has been recorded in the order dated 06.09.2023 that the petitioner has been paid his post-retiral benefits, which has been detailed in paragraph Nos. 5, 6 and 7 of the compliance afÏdavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 3. There is a reference also to an afÏdavit filed by the Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly, afÏrming the fact that all post-retiral dues have been paid. Learned Counsel for the time had sought an adjournment on 06.09.2023 to verify whether, in fact, the petitioner has received all this post-retiral benefits.
Today, when the case is called on, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received all his dues.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on the writ petition. It is, accordingly, disposed of .
