(Order on the memo of Writ Petition)
In answer to the interim mandamus , this Court had recorded the fact in our order dated 24.08.2023 that the stand of the respondents is that they have paid the petitioner arrears of dearness allowance and whatever was due, after calculating it, whereafter learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the facts.
Today, when the case is called on, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received all his dues.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on the writ petition. It is, accordingly, disposed of .
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, Advocate, has appeared for the Jal Nigam.
