Order on writ petition
In compliance with the interim mandamus dated 22.08.2023, a short counter affidavit has been filed today in Court on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the Office.
In paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the said short counter affidavit, it is averred:
"5. That in compliance of order dt. 22.8.2023 petitioner's Arrears of Dearness Allowance amounting to Rs. 70,993.00 has been paid to him on 15.9.2023. A letter to this effect issued by Executive Engineer, U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural), Jaunpur dt. 15.9.2023 is annexed herewith and is marked as Annexure-1 to this affidavit.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that substantially the petitioner has been paid all his outstandings and there are no further claims.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on this petition.
It is consigned to record.
