The only grievance raised in the present petition, at the time of arguments, is that the dispute regarding apportionment/entitlement of compensation on account of acquisition of land has not been referred to by the competent authority to the court of competent jurisdiction in terms of section 3-H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the dispute shall be referred to the court of competent jurisdiction within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State.
