This writ petition has been filed assailing the order of prescribed authority dated 02.04.2013 directing for recounting of votes for election which was held on 14.10.2010 for the post of Gram Pradhan.
As the term of Pradhan had already come to an end in the year 2015 and subsequently elections were held in the year 2021, the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of above, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
