This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

I. Issue any Writ, Direction or Order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to issue "No-dues-certificate" in favour of the petitioners; against the deposit of Rs. 24,97,000/- as Lease Rent, on 01.05.2015, under the scheme dated 05.12.2013, launched by Noida Authority.

II. Issue any Writ, Direction or Order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 27.08.2018, 19.09.2019 and 03.02.2020 (Annexure Nos. 12, 13 and 14 to the writ petition).

After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2/concerned authority to decide the representations/applications of the petitioners dated 27.08.2018, 19.09.2019 and 03.02.2020 within a stipulated period.

Heard Shri Ashok Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Kaushlendra Nath Singh for the respondents - NOIDA, and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA, ventilating all grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
