This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;

I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to recall/expunge the ex-parte approval granted on 7.5.2020 for resumption of the disputed land (Mandi area Satanpur, Farrukhabad) in favour of the Mandi Samiti;

II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 2.7.2020 praying for cancellation of the ex parte approval for resumption of the disputed land.

III. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the Cooperative federation/Sahkari Sangh, during the dependency of the present writ petition."

After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 2.7.2020 within a stipulated period.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh comprehensive representation before the Respondent No. 3, District Magistrate Farrukhabad ventilating all his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
