This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 05.06.2020 issued by the respondent no. 4 holding the candidature of petitioner ineligible to grant of Retail Outlet Dealership at the location at Village: Kathwali, Tehsil: Mariyahun on Rampur Kathwalia Road, District: Jaunpur."
Heard Sri Rajesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation against the order dated 5.6.2020 before the Respondent No. 2 ventilating his grievances within ten days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
