This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
" (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice/ order dated 7.5.209 passed by respondent no. 4.
(II) Mandamaus directing the respondent no. 4 to decide the representation dated 16.5.209 which is still pending before him till date."
Today a short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents no. 2,3 and 4 annexing therewith a copy of the order dated 22.6.2019 whereby the representation of the petitioner dated 6.5.2019 has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner ( HPMC) was allowed to run the juice stall in the premises of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College & Hospital
to facilitate the patients, patient's attendants and staff of the Emergency ward of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College & Hospital and since the said Emergency Ward of the said hospital has already been shifted from old place to Trauma Centre, now there is no necessity of such type of establishment at the said place and as such the competent authority has decided that the said facility is not required at the said place.
Since the competent authority has assigned a cogent reason for rejecting the representation of the petitioner, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
This writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
