This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs:
b) Issue a writ, order order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned notices dated 19.12.2018 and 20.05.2019.
At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel stated that the impugned notices dated 19.12.2018 and 20.05.2019 have been withdrawn, as such, this petition is rendered infructuous.
