Sri Prabhakar Awasthi holding brief of Sri Manish Kumar Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that pursuant to the order dated 04.09.2017 as also the liberty given by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2017, the election of the Committee of Management of the Society has been held on 12.01.2018 in which the Committee headed by the petitioner no.2 has been returned and therefore he does not wish to press this petition.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
