Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent concerned to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of recognition for running Intermediate Class in Science Group.

¶7

Considering the nature of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the third respondent (Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad) in respect of its claim by annexing therewith all the necessary documents to show that an application for grant of recognition has been filed after completing all necessary formalities with all necessary documents as per the procedure prescribed. If any such representation is filed, within two weeks from today, along with certified copy of this order before the third respondent, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of two months thereafter, after calling for necessary reports and verifying the facts from the record.
