Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rohit Pandey for the respondents 2 and 3.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in the B.Ed. Examination of the second year which is to start from 16.01.2018.
Considering the nature of the prayer, this Court does not consider it necessary to keep this matter pending because it would not serve any purpose, therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent her cause to the third respondent (Examination Controller, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Allahabad) who shall take an appropriate decision in the matter after verifying the facts from the record and such decision should be taken before the commencement of the examination provided the petitioner files representation within 48 hours.
Let a copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.
