Heard learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The appellant- Bijendra has filed this appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.2.1991 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), Aligarh in Sessions Trial No.426 of 1988, under Sections-147, 148, 326, 307 IPC State vs. Sanjay and 8 others, Police Station-Khair, District-Aligarh.
The report of CJM-Aligarh dated 4.5.2018, which is on record on this appeal indicates that Bijendra s/o Amrit Lal, sole accused appellant in this appeal has expired .
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
