Heard.
C.J.M. Banda has informed vide his letter dated 17.5.2018 that appellant, Sukhman has expired on 23.12.2010. In this case, the appeal was preferred against the order of conviction dated 25.8.1992 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Banda in Sessions Trial No.286 of 1991 (State vs. Sukhman & three others), whereby the appellant was convicted for committing the offence under Section 304 Part II/34 and 308/34 IPC and was sentenced for four years rigorous imprisonment and one year rigorous imprisonment, respectively under aforesaid charges.
In view of above, this appeal stands dismissed as abated qua appellant, Sukhman.
