Section 95. Repeal and Savings

(1) The Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1972 as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand) and the Uttaranchal (the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utapadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964) Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002 are hereby repealed in its application to the State of Uttarakhand. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any act or proceeding done under the said enactments shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the relevant provisions of this Act.
