Section 72. Powers of the Chairman

The Chairman of the Board shall be having following powers; namely- (i) to preside meetings of the Board; (ii) to determine the date, time and place of the meeting; (iii) to sign the minutes of the Board jointly with the Managing Director; and (iv) to direct the Managing Director for efficient working of Committees and Board within the provisions of this Act.
