Section 52. Appointment of Officers and Servant

(1) The Board may appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for efficient performance of its functions, on such terms and conditions, as may be provided for in regulations made by the Board with the prior approval of the State Government. (2) The Board may, with the previous approval of the State Government, appoint a servant of the Central Government or the State Government as an officer or servant of the Board or of a Committee on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
