Section 57A. Power of the State Government to direct

The State Government time to time may, by notification, direct to the Mandi Board to discharge the functions other than those mentioned in the provisions of the Act. The Market Committees of the State may themselves work up to 3.0 lacs on the basis of Mastrol like State Local Bodies, MLA/MP fund and District Panchayats.1
