Section 6. Terms of office and Conditions of Service of the Chairman and members

(1) The 1"Chairman, the Vice Chairman " and every non-official member shall hold office for a period of two years from date of appointment but shall be eligible for re-appointment as such Chairman or Member.

(2) The 2" Chairman, the Vice Chairman " shall receive such remuneration and the nonofficial members such travelling allowances and daily allowances as may be prescribed.
