Section 16. Types of Housing or Improvement Schemes

A Housing or Improvement Scheme shall be one or a combination of any two or more of the following types or adaptation of any features thereof, namely:-

(a) a house accommodation scheme;

(b) a building scheme;

(c) a rehabilitation housing scheme;

(d) a city or town or village expansion scheme;

(e) a road construction or development scheme;

(f) a land development scheme;

(g) a site development and services scheme.
