Section 38. Forms of debentures

(1) Whenever money is borrowed by the Board by issue of debentures, the debentures shall be in such form as the Board may, with the previous sanction of the Government, specify.

(2) ¹" All debentures issued by the Board shall be signed jointly by-

(a) the Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice Chairman; and

(b) the Housing Committee."
