Section 18. Submission of Budget to Government

(1) The Budget approved by the Board under Section 17 shall be submitted to the Government for approval and the Government may approve it or return it back to the Board for making such modification as the Government may direct.

(2) When the Budget is returned to the Board by the Government for making any modification, the Board shall make the modification and re-submit the Budget so modified to the Government for proposal.
