Section 63. Savings

Nothing contained in the Markets and Fairs Act, 1862 (Bom. IV of 1862), or in any law for the time being in force relating to the establishment, maintenance or regulation of a market shall apply to any market area or any market therein or affect in any way the powers of a Market Committee or the right of a holder of a licence granted under this Act.
