Section 5B. Power to make regulations

The National Dairy Development Board or any other association which is duly recognised by the State Government may, with the previous approval of the State Government make regulations under this Chapter for the purposes of ownership, management, marketing, trading and other related activities in relation to the National Integrated Produce Market and for the enforcement thereof.
