Section 58. Power of State Government to delegate powers

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, and subject to such conditions, if any, as it may think fit to impose, delegate all or any of the powers conferred 1[upon it to the Director or any other officer or person; and delegate any powers of the Director, to any other officer or person, specified in the notification.]
