Section 21. Chairman and Vice-Chairman to hold office until their successors enter upon office

The Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall notwithstanding the expiration of their term of office, continue to hold office, until their successors enter upon their office 1[or 2[the Administrator or the Board of Administrators] appointed under section 15A assumes office.]
