The petitioner in the present writ petition had prayed for a writ of mandamus to permit him to participate in the computer test, and to declare the marks of the written examination of the year 2015, which was resorted to in the process of recruitment on the post of Assistant Accountant, in the Treasuries, which was initiated by the respondents in pursuance to the advertisement of 29.10.2015. When the matter was taken up before the coordinate Bench of this Court, the interim relief application of the petitioner was rejected, as back as on 16.03.2016, and in the absence of there being any interim order, the selection process initiated, through the advertisement of 29.10.2015, it has been informed that it has already culminated and has attained finality. In that eventuality, with the efflux of time, the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition for

permitting	him to	participate in	the	written
examination	and the	computer test,	has	become
infructuous.
Accor	dingly,	the writ	petit	ion is
dismissed as	having	rendered infruc	tuou	s.
