In two of the writ petitions, being Writ Petition Nos. 2378 of 2015 and 2377 of 2015, the counsel for the petitioner has filed a withdrawal application, on the ground that in view of the subsequent office memorandum issued on 20.09.2022, the respondents have resolved to engage the petitioners on contractual basis, hence, they do not want to press the writ petition at this stage. Accordingly, the aforesaid two writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh.
			So far as the other connected writ petitions are concerned, since, they relate to a claim of

regularization	under the Regularization Rules of
2013, which	have been kept in abeyance by the
Hon’ble Div	ision Bench of this Court, the
remaining b	unch of writ petitions, claiming
regularization	under the Rules of 2013 are directed
to be listed as the matter pe	soon as, the Division Bench decides rtaining to the vires of the Rules of
2013.
