qualification, which is known as “Nursery Teacher Training” ( in short ‘NTT’ ) from the Ramnagar, Uttarakhand and as per the Government order dated 31.05.2010, which is prior to the date of advertisement (advertisement is dated 28.07.2010, calling for eligible applicants for Anganbari Karyakarti for Village Sahayikao Narsingh). As per the said Government Order such Anganwari Karyakarti , who have done their NTT, can apply from any Gram Sabha in the same District. As such she was eligible as she is NTT and from the same Gram Sabha. This contention has also been accepted by the State Authorities. Therefore, respondent No. 4 on the said date was not disqualified for the said post.
