Applicant, who is in jail in connection with FIR No. 95/2014 relating to offences punishable under Sections 380, 454 and 411 IPC, Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, has sought his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the material on record and considered the grounds taken up in the bail application.
For the reasons given in the bail orders of the co-accused namely Abid and Aneesa, with almost similar role, present applicant, who is in jail since 7.8.2014 is entitled to bail on the ground of parity. Bail application of the applicant is allowed. Let the accused-applicant be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
