Applicant, who is in jail in connection with Case Crime No. 97/2013 relating to offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 IPC, Police Station Jhabrera, District Haridwar, has sought his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the material on record and considered the grounds taken up in the bail application.
For the reasons given in the bail order dated 18.12.2013 of co-accused Gautam Kumar, with similar role, present applicant who is in jail since 18.11.2013, is entitled to bail on the ground of parity.
Bail application of the applicant is allowed. Let the accused-applicant be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
