Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that police has submitted chargesheet in the present case punishable under Sections 325 and 504 I.P.C. which are bailable offence. He further contends that petitioners shall appear /surrender before the learned Trial Court in compliance of the summoning order dated 17.11.2012 on or before 14^th June, 2013 and shall move application seeking regular bail, therefore, learned Magistrate be directed to decide the bail application on the same day. He further contends that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

Permitted to be withdrawn.

Petitioners shall appear / surrender before the Trial Court on 14^th June, 2013. In the event of moving bail application, considering that offences are bailable in nature, I direct learned Trial Court shall release the petitioners on bail on furnishing their respective personal bonds and sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

Stay vacation application No. 2156 of 2013 stands disposed of accordingly.
