For the reason stated in the application is allowed. Rejoinder affidavit is taken on record.
This is an application seeking regular bail in case crime no. 432 of 2013, under Section 8/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Chalani Thana, Haldwani, District-Nanital.
As per the counter affidavit, six criminal cases registered in his credit.
Mr. Tiwari, submits that application is already acquitted in all the cases.
Considering the gravity of the offence I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, at this stage.
Therefore, the bail application is dismissed.
