Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant having argued for sometime, seeks permission to withdraw this 2nd Bail Application too. He, however, states that Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.
Dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is requested to explore every possibility to expedite the trial and further requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
