This is an application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 1 of 2013 under Section 376/511, 506 IPC Patti Dewdar, District Nainital.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that main accused namely Nand Lal has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2013. He has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 23.05.2013 passed by this Court, which is taken on record.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of ` 50,000/and two sureties, of the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate concerned.
