This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

"... to issue, a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus directing the responflents to mutate the name of the petitioner to an extent of Acs. 2.23 gts in Sy.No.87 /B of Konney Village, Bachannapet Mandal of Jangaon District by strictly implementing the orders of Debt Recovery Tribunal dt. L.LL.2O21 having been deleted the narne of the petitioner from Sy.No.87 /82 vide Prcg.
