Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or a direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to pass orders on the online grievance application dated. 01-11-2025 vide application No.25000234'18 submitted in the Bhu Bharathi Portal to delete the^petitioner's land from the prohibited list as the petitioner's land is a patta land and not assigned land consisting of consisting of agricultural land in Sy.No.67lAl1 lo an extent of Ac.2O2guntas situated at Kothwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State and also declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in not passing the order on the grievance application mentioned above as arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14,21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution

of India seeking the following relief/s:-

"... to issue a writ order or a direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the officia-l respondents to pass orders on the online grievance application dated 01-11-2025 vide application No.2500023418 submitted in the Bhu Bha-rathi Porta-l to delete the petitioner's land from the prohibited list as the petitioner's land is a patta land and not assigned land consisting of agricultural land in Sy.No.67/A/ 1 to an extent of Ac.2 02 guntas situated at Kothwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State and also declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in not passing the order on the grievance application mentioned above as arbitrary, unjust and violalive of Article 14, 21 ar,d 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass such order or orders ..."

When the matter is ta-lien up for consideration, learned counsel for the petition.:r seeks a direction to oilicial respondents to pass appropriate order s on the on-line application No.2500023418 dated 01.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner, seeking to deiete the petitioner's land admeasuring Acs.2-O2 guntas in Sy.No.67/A/ 1 situated at Kothwalguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State irom the list of prohibited property.
